**Role Overview**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- Background in Information Technology with operational experience.
- Hands-on experience with Control-M, AWS, Windows Infrastructure, SQL/Oracle DBs, Linux/Unix Systems, and monitoring/alerting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Concourse, Jenkins, Bamboo) and monitoring/telemetry solutions.
- Experience in dealing with production issues and scripting for automation.

**MUST**:

- Flexibility for off-hours or weekend support.
- Hybrid working environment, 3 days in office.
