Make a difference as a Production Support Analyst

ROLLiN' is rethinking traditional insurance and doing it a lil differently. Part of Insurance Australia Group (known as IAG), we're making insurance more accessible for the young and young-at-heart. As a Production Support Analyst at ROLLiN, you'll help keep our systems running smoothly and reliably across a modern cloud-based environment. You'll be part of the team that monitors system performance, responds to issues, and supports day-to-day operations to make sure everything works as expected for our customers and internal teams.

In this role, you'll work closely with others to identify and fix problems quickly, suggest improvements, and help reduce the chance of future issues. You'll also play a part in making sure our systems support the business effectively, contributing to a positive experience for users and helping the team deliver great outcomes.

This is a hands-on role where you'll learn and grow by working with experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, digital-first insurance business. You'll help connect technical operations with business needs, making a real impact through your support and problem-solving skills.

This is a permanent position with flexibility to be based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).

About You

• You have hands-on experience in technical support, business analysis, and issue-driven project management, with a knack for navigating complex challenges.
• You're passionate about data—both qualitative and quantitative—and thrive on transforming insights into impactful actions.
• A natural communicator, you speak the language of engineering, data, design, and operations, and know how to bring cross-functional teams together to drive fast, effective resolutions.
• You're familiar with tools like JIRA and ServiceNow, and use them to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• You've worked with SaaS platforms like Salesforce and AWS, and understand how to leverage them for operational excellence.
• You're experienced in cross-functional environments, collaborating with full-time staff, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and systems integrators to deliver seamless outcomes. You're eager to learn about new technologies and look at ways to leverage for an enhanced customer experience.
