We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for a range of residential aged care sites in the region and are looking for talent therapists to join us in servicing those sites
Your Opportunity:As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll become part of something special.
You'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway - a reablement-focused model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey.You'll work across a range of clinical areas, including:Mobility and functional assessmentsRestorative therapyFalls preventionPressure carePain managementActive ageing group programsWhether you're delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding
