We are expanding our Team

We are seeking a Physiotherapist who:

  • Is living in or willing to relocate to Cairns, Far North Queensland.
  • Has a passion for Private Practice.
  • Thrives in a Team environment and are truly a team player.
  • Desire to grow both Personally and Professionally through one-on-one coaching and mentoring from our Senior Team.
  • Feeling stuck in a current role and lacking direction for career progression.
  • Has a special interest in Private Practice Physiotherapy that we can support to attract your ideal client case load.

The role:

  • Hours for this role are Full Time.
  • Full Time Hours are Monday to Friday with a Rostered Day Off (RDO) every 3rd  Monday.
  • Varied Musculoskeletal case load with opportunity to develop niche case load in your area of special interest.
  • Opportunity for exposure to Vestibular, Neurological, Paediatric, Prenatal/Postnatal Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy, NDIS and more – training can be provided.
  • We will consider applicants with any level of experience.
  • Must have AHPRA registration and Drivers Licence.
  • Experienced Physiotherapist salary package will include an annualised salary + bonuses, total package ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 based on experience levels.
  • New Graduate Applications welcome with starting annual salary by negotiation and option to move to salary + bonus structure based on performance.
  • You will have access to an individual $2000 PD budget to use for courses/training and growth in areas of your choosing.
  • Provided with internal formal and informal clinic mentoring/coaching along with world class external mentors engaged by the Clinic.
  • Direct regular access to Clinic Director for coaching and mentoring support.
  • Start September/October 2025.
