**The Role**:
We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers to partner with our Male participant based in Bellbird Park, QLD who has sustained a Spinal Cord Injury.

Our participant requires support Monday to Sunday from 7am - 10am and 4:30pm - 7:30pm.

**Pay Rates**:

- Day - $38.75 per hour
- Afternoon - $42.63 per hour
- Saturday - $54.25 per hour
- Sunday - $69.75 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
- Assistance with Medication
- Assistance with Health & Rehab exercises
- Assistance with personal care

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
- NDIS Effective Communication Module
- Current National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current NDIS Worker Screen check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver License
- Current WWCC
