From two blokes in a warehouse in Byron Bay, to 11 sales offices worldwide including America and the bright and sunny UK, it is safe to say we are making a lot of noise in the industry, in just five laps around the sun. From selling solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, all the way through to VPPs and EV, Smart Energy is putting renewables on the map.

You won't find a more bullshit-free energy brand under the sun.

We have qualified potential customers, but we need help engaging them for people who don't make decisions in one day.

**Key responsibilities for this role**:

- Executing product launch marketing campaigns
- Managing tactical promotions to drive revenue
- Project management of content based initiatives and activations
- Executing brand partnerships
- Being an all round legend that aligns with our brand and values

**Ideal background**
- Marketing Desired but not required. If you think you have relevant experience pls let us know what this is
- Strong process focus, with high energy, attention to detail and creativity
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Base knowledge of CRMs and marketing programs
- Motivated worker with the ability to identify and resolve problems
