**The Role (Multiple Hiring)**:
Our client is seeking for experienced and qualified Room Assistants to work as part of an active team in providing high quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and take our client's already outstanding educational program to the next level.

**Location**:Bankstown, New South Whales 2200

**Essential Criteria**:

- Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Must be able to work Full-time
- Experience in childcare is highly regarded, however not essential
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise children of assigned age level
- Assist with the implementation of daily routines
- Liaise with families on the day-to-day happenings of the classroom
- Ensure the health and safety of all children and staff are maintained
- Assume equal share of housekeeping duties
- Complete observations and records of individual children's progress
