Allstaff is seeking an experienced and skilled Client Engagement Officer for a contract role within ACT Housing.

Necessary skills:

- Ability to deliver high quality customer service and support to a diverse range of clients.
- Demonstrated high level and effective communication (oral and written), interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with clients and with support services.
- Proven high quality organisational skills, including demonstrated capacity for attention to detail, experience in meeting tight deadlines and achieving results.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a team environment including the ability to utilise team resources effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research and analysis into operational matters and provide sound advice.

Essential Criteria:

- WWVP registration
- Class C drivers licence
