**Description**:
About the Role

This position of Administration Officer - Employee Engagement is for our Jimbelunga Nursing Centre to provide a high standard of administration support to the staff and Management and assist in the coordination, implementation and integration of ATSICHS People & Culture, Learning & Development and Finance programs. The Employee Engagement Officer will be responsible for staff administration services to ensure that Jimbelunga Nursing Centre can deliver a high standard of service.

Duties
- Managing and assisting recruitment activities including onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Work collaboratively to identify and manage Jimbelunga staff training needs.
- Rostering assistance & coordinating and managing Jimbelunga staff publication, changes and payroll.
- Encourage and support integration across departments by assisting with and promoting referrals between programs within the ATSICHS Network.
- Commit to a high level of quality management for ATSICHS through use of LogiQC quality management systems.
- Cultivate productive working relationships at all levels which support the nurturing of internal and external relationships, facilitates cooperation, trust and respect, values differences and diversity and guides.

**Benefits**:

- Permanent full time position.
- Annual salary of $59,000 +10.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).

**Skills and Experiences**:
COVID - 19 Requirements
- Immunisation history showing evidence of up-to-date COVID vaccinations.

Required
- Cert III or higher in Business or another related field.
- Minimum one (1) years' experience in similar role.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Effective interpersonal skills including a high standard of customer service skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with employees.
- Ability to work and problem solve, autonomously, while collaborating and contributing to wider team goals.
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to adapt communication style.
- Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
- Disability worker's screening card (yellow card) or be eligible to apply.

Preferred
- Previous experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
- Previous HR experience.
