**About the role**

As Executive Assistant to our Chief Information Officer (CIO), you are a strategic partner, trusted confidant, and professional problem solver. You are the supportive force that empowers the Executive and a role model for our values, demonstrating a professional, commercial, and customer centric approach.

You are both personable and professional, and you understand that personal wellbeing leads to professional achievement for both you and your Executive. You contribute to the effective management of Great Southern Bank by supporting the CIO with your proactive problem-solving ability, exceptional communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This combines to provide strategic counsel, technical expertise, and critical analysis as well as administrative support.

**What we're looking for**
- 5+ years' experience in an administrative role reporting directly to a senior executive
- Able to demonstrate superb written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and other productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Exceptional time management & organisational skills with the ability to organise and co-ordinate multiple projects at once
- Efficient, confident and a strong communicator, able to persuade, influence, negotiate, consult and inspire
- Creative and unafraid to challenge the status-quo
- Proud of your outstanding professional conduct, with an impeccable reputation for confidentiality and discretion
- Accurate, results-focused and able to translate ideas into practical implementation
- A natural relationship-builder and a trusted advisor
