**About the Opportunity**

As a Quality & Clinical Governance Business Partner, you serve as a strategic advisor to clinical and operational teams, building strong collaborative relationships while providing expert guidance on quality and governance matters.

Working closely with key stakeholders, you will take responsibility implementing initiatives that enhance the care delivered by ECH, ultimately improving the experience of our clients.

Through your partnership approach, you actively mentor and coach staff members on best practices, particularly following incidents or complaints, ensuring continuous improvement in care delivery standards and client outcomes.

**About You**

The ideal Quality and Clinical Governance Business Partner is an AHPRA registered healthcare professional with a degree in nursing or related field, complemented by substantial experience in healthcare or aged care settings.

As a proactive individual, you will demonstrate exceptional initiative in implementing quality improvement opportunities, while naturally fostering collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Through your clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, you will effectively mentor colleagues and drive positive change in clinical governance practices, working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Degree qualification in Nursing and/or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a healthcare or comparable aged-care environment
- AHPRA registration
- National Police Clearance
- Unrestricted C-Class Drivers Licence
