As a new educator of our service, you will be supported and cared for in your roles and responsibilities in all of the following key areas.

You will be required to have background knowledge or _learn_ the _Early Childcare Education and Care_ sector Laws and Regulations set out by the Victorian Department of Education and 'ACECQA' as well as how our service aligns this to our Philosophy, Polices and Procedures.

As a member of our service team, you will be expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism and moral values through your interactions, behaviours and choices within and outside of our organization.

In regards to Children and families, you will need to uphold our service's values by being dedicated to providing the best possible quality of care and education for children and young people through supporting them in every opportunity to learn and develop in their early years.

Furthermore, family and community member relationships should be created organically with authentic interactions and discussions that are optimistic, meaningful and reflect our professional service standards.

Resources, tools and technologies such as our online childcare programs and social media platforms are aspects of your role which you will need to familiarize yourself with to effectively communicate within our team, to families and the community.

Many of your daily tasks will be categorized in our services catered daily routines for upto three of our different child aged rooms. This involves setting up activities and resources, maintaining clean and safe environments as well as educating and guiding children.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.11 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
