Our 2025 IBL Program:

- Full-time, 12 month paid role to kick-start your career with a prestigious global brand

QualifikationenThe Sales Passenger Cars placement at a glance:
An exciting learning opportunity is available for a motivated and enthusiastic student to join the Sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance & Operations, your key learning will include:

- Supporting colleagues with Agent network queries, lead & sales analysis and other general sales tasks
- Execute regular audits of retailers against sales process and guideline requirements
- Provide regular audit reports of internal and agent compliance to management
- Work with the team on operational and strategic topics/projects
- Continually strive to develop and improve our processes for the benefit of our customers

What we are looking for:
Self-motivated and pro-active students who are passionate about gaining work experience. Effective communicators who can build rapport, enjoy collaborating with others and have the confidence to step up and drive change and ideas.

To be considered, students must be an undergraduate in their second year or have at least 1 year left of studies as of January 2025, in a Business-related degree.
