Operational Technology Transformation Leader

Job Overview:

The role of Operational Technology Transformation Leader is a high-impact position focused on modernizing and optimizing the operational technology environment, bridging the gap between legacy systems and emerging technologies.

This leader will oversee large-scale transformations of legacy OT environments into modern, digitally integrated ecosystems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as smart infrastructure, digital twins, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic OT plans that integrate with smart infrastructure, digital twins, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex OT programs on time and within budget.
  • Champion a security-first, resilient OT architecture and ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk posture.
  • Influence executive leadership to shape enterprise priorities and secure cross-functional alignment across IT, operations, and engineering.
  • Act as a force for innovation and continuous improvement, driving cultural shifts in traditionally risk-averse environments.
About You:
  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of six years of experience leading OT within a large enterprise.
  • Professional certifications related to OT, cybersecurity, or architecture are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor multi-disciplinary teams and drive cultural change.
