**About the role**:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing the heartbeat of operations - the warehouse. Your primary duties will include:

- Leading and inspiring the warehouse team, delegating responsibilities, and explaining processes to keep the operations running smoothly.
- Empowering your team to tackle day-to-day operational challenges, ensuring seamless operations and mínimal disruptions.
- Champion a culture of safety and ensure that our workplace adheres to the highest safety standards, promoting the well-being of our team.
- Be an integral part of our recruitment and training process, ensuring that our new team members are equipped to follow our processes to the letter.
- Take charge of the safe storage and security of our valuable inventory, and make sure our forklift equipment is always in top-notch condition.
- Be the driving force behind a well-organized, clean, and efficient warehouse space, ensuring our goods are stored optimally.
