We are Sparkways (formerly TRY), a Social Purpose organisation supporting children and young people since 1883. Trusted by thousands of families, we work together to spark curious, creative and confident children through our 40 high quality Early Childhood Education and Care kindergartens, preschools and childcare centers. **Location**:Carrum Downs Children Centre located 45 Yazaki Way, Carrum Downs VIC.

**IV. How to apply**

The successful applicant will possess the following qualities:

- Warm and nurturing personality
- Passion for high-quality education and care of children
- Excellent communication skills
- Can do attitude with time management skills to work while undertaking study
- Willingness to be a flexible team member with ability to listen and take advise from team members
