About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Secondary Creative Arts Teacher to join our Team on a permanent Full-Time basis, starting in 2026
You will be teaching Senior Music or Music in Practice with the potential to also teach Junior Drama or Visual Arts.
The College is open to considering other second subject areas.
The role of Secondary Classroom Teacher is to provide quality instruction within the College's Christian worldview and in accordance with the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.

What we are looking forTo be successful in this role, you will have a current Queensland Teachers Registration.
You will have experience which demonstrates excellent, current classroom teaching techniques and practices that meet diverse needs and learning styles of students and are consistent with relevant curriculum and policies.
You will also have:
Experience teaching Music, Visual Arts and Drama (preferably experience in Senior Music).
Ability to create a culture of learning and achievement through effective planning, student management, classroom resource organisation and engaging learning strategies.
Exemplary professional manner, interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Enthusiastic desire and resolute commitment to actively contribute to the culture and values of the College.
