In this role, you will deliver a range of coaching and counselling support to help individuals manage their work, health, and life journey. Using a client-centred model of care and brief therapy, you will provide clinically validated support across various issues.

What we need from you:
Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counselling with current registration
Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
Critical incident experience and workplace intervention strategies are desirable
Ability to identify workplace issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Ability to identify opportunities for upselling EAP services to organizational clients
