The Company has proven Ag-tech. They are well supported by a team of leading engineers, data scientists, agriculturists, and technologists who use real time data and AI to power technology and solve challenges at a farm gate level and throughout the food chain.

**The Role**

This newly created role is critical to achieve this mission, and as Key Account Manager you will work closely with all aspects of the business, and partner and grow relationships with existing customers at a corporate level as well as take ownership of day-to-day management in both Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for the ongoing commercial relationship and ensuring that we are delivering on our contractual commitments. For these clients you will be seen as 'the face' of The Yield.

**The Person**

To be successful in this role you will ideally have the following key skills and attributes:

- A proven successful history of Account Management in the field of agricultural or food systems, ideally with exposure to Agtech
- A desire to work in a dynamic and passionate business
- Established skills dealing with corporate clients at commercial level
- An understanding or a least a keen interest to learn about software and data science
- Suitable qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of Stakeholders.
- This role will play a critical part in The Yield's future and assist them in leveraging their establishing business, ensuring high levels of customer care and service. The role works with a diverse and dynamic team and is highly connected with external stakeholders at a senior level.
