**Job Description**:

- Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding various queries, bookings and requests.
- Client service roster scheduling of Participants and Support Workers.
- Managing and negotiating on any roster schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Accurate and timely data entry.
- Provide personal assistance to the Director and other managerial staff.
- Manage financial processes.
- Support services to achieve certification, licensing, accreditation and standards compliance.
- Communicating continuously with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Fostering a positive workplace culture by means of a supportive and inclusive approach to HR issues.
- Promote quality practice, compliance and performance.
- Promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement by identifying areas for improvement and supporting quality improvement activities.
- Manage the on-call phone while at office and away from office as required.
- Tertiary qualifications or experience in management or related field.
- Post-secondary qualifications in administration, finance or IT (desirable).
- Extensive knowledge of the NDIS, Practice Standards and Quality Indicators and Restrictive practices.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to establish connections in the sector.
- Current Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate.

**Salary**: From $34.04 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maryborough, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: One location
