The Senior Solution Consultant is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This role involves strategic consulting, solution design, and project management to deliver customized technical solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
Develop MDM solutions that align with clients' business requirements and objectives
">
Provide technical expertise in designing and configuring MDM solutions
">
Collaborate with technical consultants to provide customized technical solutions
">
Liaise with project stakeholders to facilitate analysis and design workshops and define final solution designs
">
Develop best practices and improve product by providing technical feedback to R&D
">
">
">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
Proven Experience:
">
">
Minimum 8 years of experience within the software industry, preferably within Master Data Management and/or Information Management
">
10+ years of working experience in MDM and reference data management or related technologies
">
">
Key Requirements:
">
">
A proven background as a solution consultant for MDM or Information Management engagements
">
A proven track record in MDM consulting, solutioning, implementation, and pre-sales
">
A proven track record in Phase-0 activities like blueprint and roadmap definitions
">
Ability to identify and implement internal and external best practices, tools, and standards
">
Strong project management skills and experience with application development and implementation methodologies
">
Sound knowledge of framework and lifecycle of Master Data Management
">
A good knowledge of EIM components and processes
">
A solid understanding of Data Quality Management processes and usage in context of the MDM application
">
Natural mentor for client business and IT team members
">
Experience in product development companies, System Integrator, or consulting organizations will be beneficial
">
