OverviewWe're seeking a hands-on and driven Shift Manager to lead production operations at our Rocklea site.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a production crew, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently achieved.
This is a key leadership role that combines people management, operational excellence, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the shift team to deliver daily production targets while driving efficiency and minimising downtime.Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, incident management, and proactive engagement.Uphold high-quality standards, managing product compliance and supporting customer issue resolution.Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and drive performance.Manage people-related matters including training, attendance, performance, and engagement.Promote lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and outcomes.About YouExperience in high-speed or process manufacturing, with proven success in achieving production and quality targets.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage a diverse team.Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.Skilled problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing - highly regarded.How to ApplyClick onAPPLY NOW.
