**About You**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- MUST BE AVAILABLE WEDNESDAYS
- Friendly, compassionate, and reliable
- Minimum 1 year experience in a specialist or surgical practice
- Proficiency with practice management software
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with staff, patients, and other professionals
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility with work hours, including early starts and late finishes
- Capability to function well under pressure and manage multiple doctors at once
- Willingness and flexibility to travel between various locations as required

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting patients
- Managing phone calls
- Handling patient billing, invoicing, and receipting
- Managing debtors
- Maintaining medical records

**Additional Information**:

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday
- Applicants must have work authorisation in Australia.
