**Passionate Support Worker Needed - High-Intensity Disability Care (Northern Beaches)**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated Support Worker to join our team in the Northern Beaches area. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to clients with challenging behaviours. We offer a secure and stable job with a set roster of up to 38 hours per week, allowing you to effectively balance your work and personal life.

Shift Availability
- Morning shifts: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- Afternoon shifts: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm

**What You Need to Succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need 3-year experience with:

- Certificate III/IV in Community or Disability Services (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours
- Skills in personal care, PEG feeding, Seizure Management and manual handling
- Experience in medication management and seizure training
- Ability to provide social support and facilitate outings
- Background in disability, aged care, or health industries
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- NSW driver's licence with registered and comprehensive vehicle insurance
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
