The Role:
In collaboration with the Outpatient Central Service Manager, the Training Officer - CAH will:
Support delivery, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of competency-based training and education activities of the day-to-day delivery for Customer Service Officer staff.
Ensure the continuity and conformity of service delivery standards and new administrative support services processes by monitoring outcomes.
Develop, establish and maintain effective communication systems and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Agency, ensuring the effective and efficient flow of information and high-quality administrative services is provided by the Outpatient Service team.
You will need:
Demonstrated Experience in delivering, and evaluation competency-based health administration or similar training an education activities.
proven ability to provide training and support for staff, with the capacity to evaluate and improve overall quality of service provided by the team and develop implement continuous quality improvement processes
Experience in data management in a health environment, including thorough working knowledge of computerised data collection systems systems related it patient health information with knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation and how they are used in the workplace.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary:$81,915 to $94,263 per annum.
Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
