About the Role:
The Contracts team manages contracts for service delivery to clients.
The team develops and applies contracting frameworks, policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure optimal service delivery.
The team is based in Perth and ensures:
Optimal utilization of contract opportunities
Consistent application of contracting best practices
Efficient contract administration
Compliance with contractual obligations
Effective resolution of contract disputes
The Manager Contracts:
Negotiates and secures contract opportunities
Manages and administers contracts effectively
Supports managers in fulfilling contract obligations
Candidate Profile:
Degree in commerce, business law, or similar
At least 5 years' experience in community services and contract management
Experience in contract review, negotiation, and administration
Desirable:
Progress towards or attainment of a higher degree in relevant fields
Experience in community services sector
Applicants must meet requirements including Australian residency/visa, police check, Working With Children check, valid driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and work references.
