**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the Brand Director, the primary purpose of this role will be be to employ creative vision in the design and development of considered womenswear collections across all categories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop monthly womenswear collections congruent with the creative direction set by the Brand Director.
- Take responsibility for product ranges from initial concept through to final pre-production including range boards, design, tech pack creation, trim and fabric selection, communicating with factories and pre-production prototype fittings.
- Incorporate brand identity into range designs for all categories, balancing commercial and visionary product offerings.
- Closely follow the established critical path with strict adherence to meeting deadlines for design and production.

**Ideally You Will Have**:

- 5+ years of experience in a womenswear design position.
- Creative vision and a strong sense of current and emerging market trends.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, organisational skills, and communication skills
- A collaborative work ethic and positive attitude.
