**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform detailed financial audits, including the examination of accounting records, financial statements, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards and legal requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes.
- Prepare and present reports on audit findings, including recommendations for improving financial practices and controls.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor their progress.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in accounting standards, audit methodology, and financial regulations.
- Assist in the development of the annual audit plan based on risk assessment.
- Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions.
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial auditing
- Experience with auditing software and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
