**About you**
- 1-2 years' experience in a risk management and compliance role.
- High level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritise workload, manage time and schedule tasks, and be resilient to changing priorities.
- Proven ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Can do attitude with a focus on providing a solution.
- Committed to working in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
**Your role**
As a leading law firm, we deal with complex legal matters. Your role as a Risk and Compliance Analyst will involve working closely to support the Risk and Compliance Advisor.
This will include preparing and resolving conflicts of interests, supporting internal audit and compliance testing, and undertaking risk analysis of policies and the risk framework of the Firm.
Ket duties will include;
- Responsible for the initial triage and analysis of conflicts.
- Preparation and management of and auditing the compliance with Ethical Dividers.
- Preparation and management of Informed Consent requests.
- Conducting appropriate audits to ensure adherence to risk controls and standards.
- Undertaking and participating in periodic compliance reviews and reporting.
- Investigating and report compliance breaches.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities.
- Serve as liaison to clients, and client representatives regarding documentation, compliance and ongoing review of information and processes.
- Communicate audit and review results to appropriate parties, ensure that issues are addressed and any corrective actions are implemented.
- Other compliance duties, advisory and administrative duties as required.
