KYC/AML Analyst Position

As a KYC/AML Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our company's growth, expanding your knowledge of complex regulatory requirements in the financial industry.

  • Act as a central contact for onboarding queries, working with counterparties, internal traders, legal counsel, compliance officers, and finance partners to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Owning the firm's KYC and counterparty onboarding efforts, guaranteeing a smooth experience for internal teams by maintaining accurate and comprehensive counterparty data.
  • Conduct background checks, adverse media reviews, and sanctions screenings; flag and escalate any high-risk issues promptly to mitigate potential threats.
  • Review financial statements and assess counterparty risk in collaboration with internal credit teams to make informed decisions.
  • Ensure continuous due diligence by executing periodic reviews, PEP screening, sanctions, and watchlist monitoring to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in KYC/AML within a financial institution, preferably in capital markets or trading environments.
  • Detailed understanding of AML/CFT regulations, sanctions, beneficial ownership structures, and evolving best practices in the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Law, Business, or related field) with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
