Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, on-budget, quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop engineering delivery strategy and manage technical execution.Lead engineering teams and coordinate suppliers.Monitor progress, budgets, risks, and KPIs.Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project needs.Manage schedules and resources.Maintain engineering quality and continuous improvement.Ensure clear communication across project stages.Your Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering; project management qualifications preferred.7+ years leading engineering delivery in maritime or building services.Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Experience with complex programs, EVM, and digital tools (JIRA, Primavera, MS Office).
