Location : St. Paul's, Caboolture - QLDMultiple Casual positions | MUST be flexible to work across all shifts including weekends.

Work with a great team in an established Residential Aged Care community.
Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
About You: Must have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) Must have experience in Aged Care or in a similar role Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Why Choose Us?
