About The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to work within a Monitoring business unit, reporting to the Monitoring Technology Group Manager based in our office.
Ensure uninterrupted service by delivering rapid incident resolution and high-level technical support for complex network, telephony, and enterprise application environments operating 24/7.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cisco technologies and telephony integration platforms, proficient in configuring and managing network devices and site-to-site VPN setups. They should have a thorough understanding of routing protocols, IP addressing, and subnetting strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a STEM related field is required. Industry recognised certifications such as CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) are highly desirable.
5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and telecommunications, demonstrated success operating within a complex organizational environment, advanced proficiency in managing IT networks and telephony systems.
