This particular Partner works with clients in Australia and Asia assisting them with financial services, private equity and other structured funds.

This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary looking to provide Executive Assistance to a Senior Partner.

Responsibilities may include;
- Diary management and Inbox management
- Answering calls, and client liaison
- Document Management - drafting, amending and formatting correspondence and documents
- Billing - timesheets
- Expense processing - Amex reconciliation
- Database maintenance, opening and closing files
- Ad hoc administrative duties

Ideally you will have prior experience within a Legal Support role, working within a transactional space and providing high-level support to a Partner.
