- Fixed Term (6 months)

- Hourly rate salary range (SC21 $44 p/h - 50.46 p/h) + super + salary packaging and annual leave entitlements.

As the Grade 2 Social Worker you will be responsible for providing clinical social work services to referred patients and families. A regular day will see you undertake assessments and provide social work interventions (including counselling) that support patient recovery. You will work to assist patient access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIA/ NDIS). You will work as a vital member of a multidisciplinary team. You will have opportunities to participate in non - clinical activities such as quality improvement work and supervision. You will be professionally supported and trained, having access to professional development opportunities.

- Supervise social work students
- Participate in quality improvement and research

**You must have**:

- A degree in social work
- ideally have worked in a health related setting
