**About the role**

We are currently recruiting team members to join our Transport & Logistics team. This is a casual seasonal role which **starts in October 2024**. You will be required to work across a 7-day roster which will include weekend work.

**Location**:
East Devonport** - Warehouse (Berry Category)**

As part of our transport & logistics team, you will play an integral part of the supply chain process, as the role you perform ensures the product is delivered to the right place at exactly the right time to provide the highest quality of fruit to our consumers.

- Truck Off-Siders
- Forklift Operators

**About You**
- Minimum MR Licence (Level 3 Truck Driver).
- Forklift Licence desirable (Level 3 Forklift).
- You are not afraid of hard work and having a go
- During harvest we run a 7 days a week operation - weekend availability is desirable.
- You want to meet new people, make new friends, learn about new cultures.
- You ask loads of questions: if you see or are not sure about something please speak up, we are here to support you.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Great time management skills, can complete tasks to set standards/benchmarks.
- Great communication skills.
- Our team relies on you being at work, **reliable attendance** is very important.

**How will I get paid?**
- You will be paid an hourly rate in accordance with the role you will be undertaking.
- Your hourly rate will be determined by the Costa Berries Enterprise Agreement
- Weekly pay every Wednesday by Bank transfer
- Superannuation is paid in line with legislation
