Are you a people-person with a passion for creating positive experiences? We're seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service / Receptionist

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our dental team in maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

This position offers**:Flexible hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four days a week.**No weekend work.

**What We're Looking For**:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and clinical staff.**Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.**Proficiency in dental practice management software and Microsoft Office (training provided if needed).**A friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude and a genuine interest in the dental industry.**Initiative and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.40 - $36.37 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- South Bunbury, WA 6230: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
