McHugh Steel is looking for an energetic and motivated Roofing Salesperson to help our customers find the perfect roofing solutions.About the RoleYou'll be the face of our roofing division – meeting clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on the best products and solutions.
From first contact to final handover, you'll ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and positive experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with new and existing clientsResponsible to Convert enquiries and meet and exceed your sales budgetAssist in on site customer visits as requiredSite Measures and Take offs will be requiredAssess customer needs and provide tailored roofing solutionsPrepare quotes and follow up on leads promptly, using ApplicadNegotiate sales to achieve and exceed targetsLiaise with the operations team to ensure seamless project deliveryWhat We're Looking ForSales experience (construction, roofing, or building industry preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetStrong computer skills and use of CRM systemsPrevious experience using estimating based software such as ApplicadAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCurrent driver's licence, White Card and Working at HeightsReady to Apply?
