Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and accurate service outcomes for partners and stakeholders in line with agreed standards
  • Underwrite insurance risks in accordance with product guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer experience at all touchpoints to drive partner advocacy
  • Ensure that ways of working align with nationally agreed policies and protocols
  • Stay up-to-date with the strategy & business plan and how your role contributes to it

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A customer service mindset
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) skills
  • The ability to develop successful working relationships with key stakeholders
  • A focus on continuous self-improvement
  • A Certificate IV in General Insurance would be advantageous
