We're Anonymous Wine Freight, and we're adding to our pool of drivers in Sydney.

We're a freight company who specialise in shipping wine interstate, and we're damn good at what we do. Our customers love us because we take great care of their wine, communicate with them, and we hustle to keep wine going places

WTF is a 'collections' driver?

Our collections drivers are the ones who go to retailers, warehouses, and suppliers and pick up all of the orders that have been scheduled for us to deliver the next day.

You'll start each day at our depot in Riverwood. From there, you'll be allocated to a run, and head out in a van to your stops. When you arrive at a location, you'll use your smartphone to 'scan in' each order. After you've collected everything for the day, you'll head back to our depot and pack the van/s that are heading interstate overnight.

How many shifts are required?

We collect Monday-Thursday, and collections shifts are 10am-6pm. Ideally, we're after someone who can do all four days, each week, who would potentially like to have a permanent position after six months. However, if you're someone who wants 2x solid days of work, but can work the same days every week (and, we find two of you) - this could work, too.

What do I need?

You must have access to your own roadworthy vehicle and know your way around a smartphone. We use some pretty cool software to make our jobs easy and efficient, and we'll show you how to use it.

You don't need delivery or collections experience to succeed in this role - but you do need to be reliable, friendly, have a killer work ethic and a positive attitude that puts Elle Woods to shame.

You also need to be fit - a box of wine can weigh up to 16kg, and you'll lift and carry a lot of them. We recommend you use a trolley to manoeuvre, but you'll still need to be comfortable doing repetitive lifting.

What's the pay?

Pay rates as per the Road Transport Award (MA000038) apply. This means you'll be paid a base rate (not $-per-stop), with any relevant penalties attached. We also reimburse your fuel (per kilometre travelled on shift) if you ever do a shift in your own vehicle, and we reimburse any tolls that you might incur while you're on the clock.

Please note: this job requires proficiency in manual handling. Physical aspects of the job include, but are not limited to:

- Using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Repetition of movements (including lifting and stacking of boxes).
- Bending or twisting of body.
- Walking for long periods of time.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Siting in a car or van for long periods of time.
- Kneeling, stooping, crouching.
- Seeing details of objects that are less than a few feet away.
- Have clear vision when driving.
- Seeing details of objects that are more than a few feet away.
- Using muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects (up to 20kg as per WorkSafe guidelines).
- Using stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tired.
