- Lead a talented team across communications, media, and design to deliver strategic, integrated content
- Drive brand alignment and storytelling that reflects the QAS vision and government messaging
- Provide high-level advice and manage media responses with the CEO, Board and Minister's Office
- Champion a digital-first approach and introduce innovative, streamlined work practices
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, government agencies, and external partners
- Role model positivity, resilience, and excellence to guide your team through change and growth
