**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We're seeking a highly motivated Access Approvals Lead to spearhead the delivery of key activities required to secure rights for gas resource exploration, appraisal, development, and production.

**More about the role**:

- Ensure statutory compliance obligations for Gaining Access and provide advice and risk management.
- Upskill Access Team members to be competent in Gaining Access for Integrated Gas through the Gain Access Process.
- Document all Access Deliverables and issue Access Authorisation.
- Identify and lead improvement initiatives to enhance Gaining Access processes.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will come with demonstrated expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution, coupled with the capability to influence others even without formal authority and a sound understanding of legal matters pertinent to the CSG industry and land access.

**More about you**:

- Prior Land Access experience, with significant experience in delivering Approvals.
- Degree holder, preferably in Environment, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Excellent business acumen, demonstrated strong analytical and creative thinking ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
