Key Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Lead, you will oversee the development of an innovative Large Language Model (LLM)-based product focused on insurance customer workflows. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and building production-grade Machine Learning (ML) systems using modern tools and frameworks.
Contributing to product strategy with visibility across senior leadership, ensuring scalability and future growth.
Mentoring team members and growing into a leadership role as the team expands.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering ML products at scale, powered by LLMs, and a solid understanding of engineering principles. They will also have a genuine excitement about Agentic AI and technology, with a customer-obsessed mindset.
