NW Mining & Civil are seeking several trade-qualified and experienced mining fixed plant boilermakers for ongoing maintenance and shutdown work at a local Mt Isa mine site.
You will be carrying out shutdown repairs & maintenance within a lead environment on the mine, so must be willing to be clean shaven and wear a respirator for your shift.
Details:
Rate: $55 / hr flat rate
Shift: 12-hour shifts, both days & nights
Roster: 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Accommodation and meal allowance provided while on shift
Location: Mt Isa (local applicants preferred; flights available from Brisbane, Townsville, or Cairns)
Requirements:
Relevant boilermaking trade qualification
Current working at heights (within 2 years)
Current confined space (within 2 years)
High risk EWP and/or Forklift certification highly regarded
Willingness to work in lead areas of the mine, including being clean shaven and wearing a respirator
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
Completion of all mine site online induction requirements
