HardRok Engineering based in Mount Isa Qld, is a privately owned and operated Steel Fabrication & Rubber Lining Specialist, servicing the Mining Industry around the Northwest Queensland, and Northern Territory. We pride ourselves on being a friendly and welcoming group.

ABOUT YOU (Boilermakers)

• Certificate III - Engineering Fabrication
• Confident in all disciplines of welding and repair works, structural fabrication, pipes, chutes etc.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Take pride in your work, have attention to detail and demonstrate an exceptional work ethic.
• Committed to Workplace Health & Safety
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Current Manual Drivers Licence.
• Ability to pass Mine Site Medical if required
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screen
• Forklift, Overhead Crane, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces & Manual Handling (desirable)

ABOUT YOU (Rubber Liner/Belt Splicer)

• Suitable industry experience.

• Sound experience in both hot and cold vulcanising with an understanding of the different types of rubber used in industry & their technical limitations.

• Sound experience in tiling.

• Sound experience in conveyor belt splicing.

• Current manual driver's licence

• Forklift, overhead crane & confined spaces tickets (Desirable)

• Commitment to Health & Safety, as well as positive environmental practices
