Role Summary:
**Crew Planner - Job Share - 5 Days Per Fortnight**

CHC is looking to appoint the position of Crew Planner - Training/ Long Term for a fixed term duration based in our Corporate Office in West Perth.

Reporting to the Operations Control Center Manager, this role will be responsible for the scheduling of training for pilots in accordance with CHC work practices and CASA regulations. This position will collaborate with the short term planners and third party vendors to ensure training is coordinated with cost and time efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
**Key Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Development and management of rosters for the CHC Australia Offshore Operations.
- Engage respective team operations locally and globally to ensure training is captured and planned in accordance with training requirements.
- Collaborate with Flight Operations, Pilot Trainers and third party vendors to coordinate respective crew training.
- Develop the offshore pilot rosters and manage amendments >30 days.
- Ensure that crew members assigned to contracts are qualified to meet project requirements.
- Ability to work remotely and overtime including weekends as required.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:

- Experience in a similar role and/or in Scheduling, Planning, Training coordination is beneficial.
- Experience in record management and compliance experience.
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Strong problem solving and solution-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Team player who demonstrates an inclusive culture and engages strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and quantitative modelling skills.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports.
- Competent with MS office packages.
- Ability to drive change and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Flexible, adaptable and enthusiastic approach within a dynamic business environment.
- Aviation experience not essential.
