We are now looking for the best candidate to join our team and help us provide a premium service to local pets.The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours between 7am-6pm, Monday through Sunday, with the ability to adapt to various shifts and schedules.
Availability during school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.Duties and responsibilities:Provision of food and water for pets in careHealth checks and general animal husbandrySupervising groups of dogs and managing their behaviour to ensure wellbeing and safetyProviding enrichment through play and scheduled activitiesRegular cleaning and maintenance of the facility to ensure hygiene and safetyBuilding rapport with pet owners through feedback and transparencyCreating and sharing media content such as videos and photos for pet ownersDaily administrative tasks, including answering enquiries via email and phone, record keeping, and data entry in booking systemsKey requirements:Attending a lawful unpaid work trial shift (within Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines)Availability on weekends and during school holiday periodsDriven with a strong work ethic, as the role can be physically demandingAttentive with great attention to detailAbility to work well in a team environmentAbility to follow routines, policies, and proceduresPrevious experience working with animals is preferredWhy choose Kip Happy Stays?
