We are dedicated to building expert teams of technology advisors and delivery professionals to tackle complex business challenges in areas such as Cloud & Infrastructure.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Colocation Coordinator for a 6-month engagement to support a key infrastructure project.
This role is critical in managing the end-to-end logistics and processes for the installation and maintenance of equipment within data centre environments.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all colocation activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with data centre providers and vendors to manage the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of physical equipment.Manage and track project timelines and milestones, ensuring all colocation tasks are completed within agreed-upon schedules.Ensure all necessary documentation, including access requests, configuration details, and compliance forms, are completed accurately and on time.Act as the primary point of contact for all colocation-related inquiries, providing regular status updates to project managers and key stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve issues or risks related to colocation activities.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in a similar role, such as a Colocation Coordinator, Data Centre Coordinator, or Logistics Coordinator within a technology environment.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing complex logistics.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with data centre environments, rack-and-stack procedures, and associated processes.Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software.If you are a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for infrastructure and a desire to contribute to a high-impact project, we encourage you to apply.
