About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Colocation Logistics Manager to support a key infrastructure project.

This role is critical in overseeing the end-to-end logistics and processes for the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment within data centre environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with data centre providers and vendors to manage the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of physical equipment.
  • Manage and track project timelines and milestones, ensuring all colocation tasks are completed within agreed-upon schedules.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, including access requests, configuration details, and compliance forms, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all colocation-related inquiries, providing regular status updates to project managers and key stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as a Colocation Coordinator or Data Centre Coordinator, within a technology environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing complex logistics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with data centre environments, rack-and-stack procedures, and associated processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Possess a strong passion for infrastructure and excellent analytical skills.
