Responsibilities
Leading by example through inspiring and delighting our customers, enabling them to weave their own style of home
Being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPIs whilst supporting the team to achieve theirs
Supporting the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team
Contributing to successful workforce planning and roster management to stay within budget
Analyzing reports and proactively identifying opportunities that will increase the customer experience
